Polish restaurants with Michelin Star

Poland’s top restaurants offer unique combinations and dishes akin to culinary art. The coveted Michelin star is like an Oscar for chefs, signifying both quality and commitment. One star denotes excellence, two signify sensational cuisine, and three indicate a culinary destination worth traveling for.

Atelier Amaro in Warsaw was the first Polish restaurant to receive a Michelin star, renowned for its innovative use of local ingredients. Despite closure due to the pandemic, Chef Wojciech Modest Amaro's culinary legacy lives on.

Senses, another Michelin-starred establishment in Warsaw, closed its doors due to the pandemic. However, Chef Andrea Camastra continues to create gastronomic masterpieces at NUTA, infusing Polish ingredients with Italian and Asian influences.

Bottiglieria 1881 in Kraków boasts two Michelin stars, with Chef Przemysław Klima offering modern twists on Polish regional cuisine. Dishes like artichoke pierogi and turbot with blackcurrant leaves showcase his culinary prowess.

In Poznań, MUGA is the first Michelin-starred restaurant, helmed by Chef Artur Skotarczyk. Their ever-changing menu features creative dishes like guinea fowl with miso and peach, catering even to vegetarians with options like baked celery with caramelized buttermilk.

These Michelin-starred restaurants elevate Polish cuisine to new heights, blending tradition with innovation to captivate diners worldwide.
